Job Description

The Treasury Product Manager II, with minimal oversight, is primarily responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of Cash Management products and services offered by BOKF to drive revenue and to help the organization achieve its financial goals by offering innovative, high-quality Cash Management products that meet the needs of the customers. This may include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, formulating strategies to meet the needs of the organization and its clients, and designing of those new products or modifying existing ones.

Products one will manage in this role: Positive Pay; Consolidated Payables; Bill Payment; Loans; Check/Print/Mail

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • You will help define product vision, develop, and implement a strategic product roadmap for Treasury Services, and outline key initiatives and goals to achieve overall growth and profitability.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, technology, etc.) to ensure alignment of product vision, priorities, and goals.
  • You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products, features, or enhancements.
  • You will define and price new products and services in line with market standards and competitor rates.
  • You will manage and track product performance against established metrics and KPIs, including product adoption, usage rates, customer satisfaction scores, and profitability.
  • You will develop and deliver product training and sales materials to enable the sales team to effectively position and sell treasury products and services.
  • You will work closely with the customer support team to identify and address customer complaints and feedback.
  • You will stay current on market and regulatory trends related to Treasury Services, as they impact product development and sales strategies.
  • You will leverage data and analytics to drive data-informed decision making.
  • You will establish relationships with key clients to identify opportunities for new products and services.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study and 5-6 years related experience in product management¬¬ and/or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in related field.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principals including product management development and positioning, and competitor analysis, pricing, and costing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of small business through large corporate business products and services in area of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to perform a variety of financial, market and operational studies, including database and spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and market research.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent PC application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of bank operations, systems, and commercial products and services.
  • Well-developed experience in working with vendors, legal and contracts teams.
