**Please note that this position can be based in one of our Corrugated Cardboard Packaging business units.

 

  • Manage and mobilize a team of packaging experts and technical representatives (automation)
  • Encourage the emergence of ideas to promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Develop strategic monitoring with the team to stay abreast of market trends and new technologies
  • Analyze and understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions to create added value for the customer and Cascades
  • Support Sales during RFI/certification requests
  • Ensure that projects comply with current standards, regulations, and procedures
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within the assigned budget, and with the required level of quality
  • Evaluate project results against expected outcomes during planning
  • Communicate and share the achievements of team members to promote their services

  •  A university degree in science, engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • An innovative mindset and strong analytical skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities
  • Leadership and collaboration skills that inspire and mobilize teams to achieve excellence
  • The ability to adapt quickly and a high degree of agility to meet the needs of various stakeholders
  • Insight to choose the best solution based on analysis, experience, and judgment
  • The ability to proactively address issues and problems by proposing solutions
  • Proficiency in French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
