What you’ll do

- Apply smart thinking to create innovative concepts around integrated campaigns, broadcast, and video storytelling to visual identity, social launches, and digital experiences.
- Develop and utilize cross-functional business relationships to collaborate on ways to improve the business results.
- Conceptualize breakthrough (brand appropriate) digital creative that is modern and disruptive with dynamic storytelling.
- Partner and help lead integrated campaign planning with brand marketing and creative marketing partners to ensure stories and tone of voice are consistent.
- Support all internal priorities and initiatives in tandem with the marketing team, amplifying initiatives while cultivating relationships to ensure amplification of company communication priorities
- Contribute to corporate communications content strategy goals
- Think about visual storytelling holistically and manage content deliverables (e.g., photography, video, storyboards) to execution by collaborating with the key stakeholders.
- Optimize current tools and platforms used for asset creation, delivery, and tracking.
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in overseeing the creative design and production, content marketing, web and video communications
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier and Lightroom
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior knowledge of video and audio technical engineering
- Previous experience in multicultural marketing, brand development, and working in a highly regulated industry
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Organized, accountable, and action-oriented
- Strong attention to detail, with a creative eye to deliver what emotionally resonates with the audience
- Agile and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent organization and project management skills
