AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of System Architect – Adobe. The System Architect DevOps is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The System Architect enriches the team in the areas of Business, Information and Application architecture. The SE is responsible for defining and communicating a shared functional and architectural vision for a product to help ensure the system under development is fit for its intended purpose.   

 

Your Impact

  • Works together with Enterprise- and Solution Architects to work out a functional solution from high- to low-level 
  • Translate the proposed solution of the Solution Architects into an integrated system and provide in-depth functional insight
  • Working on API definition, integration mapping and documentation of implemented solution
  • Defines best fitting functional solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box platform capabilities and exploration of solution alternatives
  • Breakdown of Features in User Stories, Enablers and Tasks
  • Definition of Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality 
  • Support requirements engineering and refinement process of agile teams
  • Support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements
  • Knowledge transfer for new and changed functions for the change management process
  • Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting
  • Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system architecture, with a focus on Adobe and web-based technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and digital asset management best practices.
  • Proficiency in AEM development frameworks.
  • Certifications (ex. Adobe Certified Expert – AEM) are highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Independent and solution-oriented behavior
  • Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude
