JOB PURPOSE
建立一支高标准的团队,推动店铺提供卓越的服务,保证利润最大化和品牌形象。作为店铺和公司的桥梁,保证客户服务,货品陈列和相关货品调配。
RESPONSIBILITIES
确保员工为客人提供高品质的服务并达到店铺总体要求
全面负责处理客人投诉
利用店铺所有可用资源并通过有效的管理团队是销售最大化,损耗最小化
确保商品有效的展示并符合全球商品及视觉标准
确保所有员工都接受销售技巧和产品知识培训
确保店铺维持正确运作及库存水平,并在必要时提供指导
控制店铺损失情况并使其在预算内,同时定期执行店铺审计
控制预算内工资成本和员工流失率
保持的最高标准的内务管理和零售卖场内的标准
提供有效的员工民主领导
保持店铺有充足的人手并持续性的发展不同级别的员工
执行员工绩效考核并为他们提供定期反馈,同时为员工开展适当的培训
PERSONAL PROFILE
大专以上学历
中英语表达流利,掌握基本的电脑操作
掌握基本的财务知识
5年或以上零售经验。具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳
