Your Impact

• Chair the OPC (operational product commite) for your product category, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and that decisions are made effectively and in a timely manner.

• Work closely with different Brands, Functional Areas, PTx departments to ensure a unified approach to product development and implementation

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business and brand goals.

• Ensure cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, purchasing, manufacturing) are executing in line with the product strategy and delivering milestones.

• Actively monitor post-launch product health, including product cost management, warranty issues, quality metrics, and NPS scores. Proactively intervene when issues arise.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Solid experience (5+ years) experience in the field of ag machinery/technology, distribution development and/or product manager roles

• Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills

• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage projects effectively. Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

• Ability to quantify business-case with financials. Working understanding of agile project management principles

• Ability to articulate business requirements with data
