The Role

The Enterprise Operations Digital & AI Enablement (DAIE) team is looking for Senior Lead Analyst to help the team drive business critical solutions.  This role will be responsible for a multitude of areas which include guiding the team on its internal Agile transformation, coaching team members to drive clarity around the team’s program portfolio, and driving alignment at the DevOps level to strategic objectives.  This is a critical position which requires strong business acumen, as well as sound interpersonal communication and technical skills for interactions with customers, contractors, and internal corporate personnel.  This position will report directly to the Senior Director and will be a key member of the leadership team to help DAIE ensure the team both meets its goals and delivers material impact to the completion of Enterprise Operations’ strategic objectives.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Typically 10+ years related experience
  • 7+ years related experience with Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years related experience with Master’s degree
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, and other similar methodologies
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, and/or Scrum Master
  • Experience in information technology, telecom, and/or business operations
  • Experience with Agile transformation
  • Ability to produce and present executive-level presentations

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically 10+ years related experience.
  • 8+ years related experience with Masters degree.
  • Ph.D. preferred

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges

 

$111,480 – $148,630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$117,340 – $156,450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$123,210 – $164,280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$129,080 – $172,100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

 

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
