Job Description :
• Responsible for management of companies’ social media platforms
• Responsible for planning of social communications calendar – working with stakeholders in driving the delivery of effective and engaging social contents.
• Drive social communication solutions to meet Companies’ needs and ensures smooth process and workflow of project deliverables that are in line with brand strategy
• Work with cross functions on development and edits engaging content for communications and marketing campaigns, social media, and product demonstrations inclusive of images and videos.
• Create custom graphic and video designs for various digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, blogs and marketing materials.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in multimedia and social media content creation.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Arts / Communications / Multimedia / Design /or related studies
– Strong understanding social media platforms and their respective audiences
– Possess the ability to generate innovative content ideas, creative thinking and strong analytical skills
– Proficiency in social media management tools (especially Meta Business Suite)
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
– Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
– Organised and detail oriented with project management ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
– Prior experience working with social media agencies is an advantage.
