About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Endoscopy Commercial Strategy & Excellence team (CSE). In this position, you will have a variety of responsibilities including reporting and analytics, contract operations and process improvements. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department and the overall Endoscopy division through your contributions. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, including Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service. Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy division is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients by advancing the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of gastrointestinal and pulmonary conditions with innovative, minimally invasive devices.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics
  • Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Assist with end-to-end contracting operations processes, including creating new contracts and amendments, coordinating T&C reviews by Legal and managing the implementation and maintenance of executed agreements and amendments
  • Support monthly Pricing Committee process through generating key analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop & model pricing and contracting strategies for new or existing products
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Commercial Operations and Programs teams
  • Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, price modeling, customer contract compliance reports, and contract KPI reporting, often utilizing multiple data sources
  • Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes
  • Execute and document various Commercial Operations and Programs processes as required
  • Participate in all team functions and initiatives. Actively support a positive, collaborative team culture.

 

What we’re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business analyst role
  • Strong analytical/financial experience
  • Intermediate PC application skills, including MS Access and Excel, Salesforce, SQL and some programming language.
  • Willingness to assist and support the needs from various channels and departments
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment.
