As the Sales Leader for Amdocs, you will set the sales vision, strategy, and direction for the Amdocs Business Services offering collaborating the regional CBEs. You will own the execution of plans to achieve and exceed profitability targets while crafting a successful sales approach. You will close new deals and drive growth into new markets to ensure a growing “share of wallet” across existing and new growth opportunities in order to dynamically grow revenue and establish a positive relationship and value with new customers.

Establish the vision, a growth-minded strategy, and clear direction — A collaboration with senior sales and business development leaders. Develop and implement a cohesive sales plan, while collaboratively partnering with global multi-cultural teams to realize the vision. Demonstrate a clear corporate strategy and investment direction to drive the Business Unit’s sales plan.

Build a growth-focused mentality by communicating the sales strategy to all sales partners, establishing elite sales processes and programs, and motivating the team to achieve division goals.

Achieve Business Objectives — Based on the division sales strategy, set business objectives and sales targets, and prioritize resources to ensure success.

Sales Management — Conduct opportunity reviews, territory/account planning, customer engagement planning, and checkpoints throughout the sales lifecycle. Lead direct/indirect sales budgets, forecasts, pipeline development, and quota management. Utilize and build value in cross-organizational sales campaigns.

People Management — Recruit, hire, onboard, train, mentor, retain, lead, and empower the sales team. Encourage/reward partnership between teams, encourage innovative ways to achieve goals, and support qualified risk-taking. Responsible for performance management of the team including target setting and resource planning.
All you need is…

10+ year of sales leadership experience coupled with in-depth knowledge of delivering SI solutions in the communication service provider market

Proven experience in sales to the communication sector, focusing on systems integration and managed services deals

Track record of sales excellence through revenue generation

Proven communicator, developing new valued and positive relationships with C-level executives

Strong eye for business and understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships

Insightful thought leadership with an ability to handle complicated situations
