JOB PURPOSE

As Responsible Programme Assistant, you will support the regional Responsibility Senior Programme Manager, who is in charge of managing the Social Responsibility Strategy across EMEIA, and provide assistance to the regional Responsibility team on basic administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Social Strategy initiatives across the EMEIA supply chain engaging with up to 110 vendors, 400+  subcontractors, 50+ nominated facilities and 500+ raw material suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the onboarding and the monitoring agenda across EMEIA region
  • Scout, train and manage new 3rd  party auditing firms
  • Review audit reports of 3rd party auditing firms
  • Draft annual audit budget and ensure audit costs are in line
  • Manage Ethical Trading Programme data for EMEIA region to fuel external reporting
  • Provide timely, reliable and accurate data to internal stakeholders to support Ethical Trading governance and allow Senior Leaders’ informed decisions
  • Lead IT transition from current excel Database to Audit platform
  • Manage Audit and Country platforms, where in place
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to regional Responsibility Team + manage internal team files (incl. UK)

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience in an administrative and auditing role preferably within an Ethical Trading field
  • Sustainability area knowledge, with a focus on Social. Knowledge of Social Sustainability schemes and reporting methodologies is a plus
  • Confident in collecting data, with a detailed-oriented approach
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
