Lead various program management areas/activities, including invoicing/SOW and estimations across the ATT account.

What will your job look like?

• You will be responsible for the end to end invoicing/SOW process, including handling monthly SOWs and all deliverables to the customer, on time and according to strict monthly SLAs.
• You will be responsible for handling estimations throughout the project lifecycle, including Order of Magnitude (OOMs), projects (PIDs), Change Requests (CRs), and Final Vendor Cost (FVCs).
• You will work with the external customer to ensure all approved projects and forecasted for invoicing.
• You will handle invoicing reporting/invoicing schedules.
• You will assist in finding ways to improve/enhance our invoicing/estimation tools.
• You will serve as a knowledgeable backup for other team members.
• You will work with the customer on an ongoing basis in areas related to the tasks mentioned above.
• You will need to be able to prioritize tasks/activities within a challenging and fast-paced environment.

All you need is…

• Experience in the relevant domain and general knowledge in relevant areas such as SW development, delivery, testing, etc.
• Managerial experience (direct or matrix)
• In-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices and procedures.
• 5+ years in invoicing/SOW/revenue accounting experience.
• Knowledge of the development lifecycle.
• Experience in working with external customers/clients.
• In-depth knowledge of program/project management processes.
