About the Role:

This is a newly created, full-time, permanent opportunity to make a real impact. As our National On-Premise Account Manager, you’ll be the key connection between Accolade Wines and our national wholesale partners and major on-premise accounts. You’ll cultivate strategic partnerships, drive sales growth, and champion our portfolio of award-winning wines.

 

This is a full time, permanent position based in Sydney offering hybrid working.

Your Impact:

  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with national wholesalers, acting as their primary point of contact and leading joint business planning to achieve shared goals. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring clarity and mutual success.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and nurture relationships with national wholesalers and key multi-state on-premise accounts, identifying new opportunities and crafting strategies to expand our brand presence. Deliver customized sales solutions that resonate with account needs.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute tailored sales plans, setting clear KPIs and exceeding targets. Craft pricing, programming, and promotional strategies that maximize profitability and align with brand objectives. Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to bring national initiatives and brand activations to life.
  • Performance & Analysis: Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze market data and trends, and identify areas for improvement. Provide accurate reporting and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the wine or beverage alcohol industry, with a strong focus on on-premise and wholesale channels.
  • Proven success managing national wholesalers and key multi-state accounts, with a demonstrable track record of growth.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and building value-driven agreements.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Wine certifications (WSET, CMS, etc.) are a plus.
