Summary

Job Title: Multiplatform Project Coordinator, Bell Media
Status: Temporary – Full time (12-month contract)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday: Daytime schedule. Availability to work outside of the regular working hours required
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Description
Under the direction of Chef – Gestion de projet et Production commercial multiplatform, the Multiplatform Project Coordinator works with clients, internal and external production teams on Brand Partnership or commercial production campaign. Is an active solution provider in moving projects forward, overseeing timelines and logistics while keeping on-going rigorous quality controls to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management on multiplatform projects (TV, radio, WEB, Social Media and Out of Home) – (local sales projects and national sales projects)
  • Coordinate product placement and show sponsorship (TV, web, radio, podcast)
  • Coordinate production of advertising elements on all platforms
  • Provide after-sales service for media creativity and commercial production projects.
  • Work with external, internal teams and suppliers, content / programming partners to ensure impeccable results
  • Deliver multiplatform projects on time and on budget
  • Build production schedules and ensure follow ups
  • Prepare creative and production briefs for internal and external production departments
  • Get approvals
  • Attend TV shoot, live, voice recording, activation, events, when needed
  • Manage contest 
  • Compile broadcast proof and contribute to post-mortem
  • Any other task of a similar nature related to the job duties, requested by the supervisor or required by its functions (creation and production of documents, organizing meetings, rankings, etc.)

Critical Qualifications

  • Related Degree/diploma in marketing / communication / media arts
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Communication / Advertising Agency organization 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good judgment and problem solving oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Able to multi-task and juggle many projects at once in a fast paced environment
  • Versatile, methodical, rigorous
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative
  • Knowledge of English required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French and English speaking stakeholders across Canada and produce documents in French and English
  • Multiplatform production knowledge 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook 
  • Interest for social media and technology
