The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Technology Commercial Enablement Senior Manager to drive our product marketing strategy and serve as the key interface with our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving our business objectives.

The Main Responsibilities

  • ABM Campaigns x Enablement Programs: Align ABM and other marketing campaigns with Priority Plays and other Enablement Strategy activities to ensure consistent messaging and targeting across the seller and buyer journeys. KPIs include correlated ABM + Priority Play results. 
  • Leadership: Meet regularly with Revenue Enablement leaders and counterparts to understand their priorities and investment areas and represent the same for Enablement. Align the two so that we’re acting as one organization, working at different parts of the funnel. KPIs include funnel metrics. 
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Launches: Lead product launch initiatives, including the development of launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell our products, including training, product information, and competitive analysis.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and advocates to gather feedback and drive customer success stories.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management of Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue enablement and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111,480 – $148,630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$117,340 – $156,450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$123,210 – $164,280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$129,080 – $172,100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

 

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
