  • ​This job is a member of the Technical Operations Supply Chain Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • ​Responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services; and managing vendors. This job also performs strategic procurement and program management activities across multiple categories.

What you’ll do

  • ​Partners with other Supply Chain Department groups, Engineering, Line Mx Planning, Finance and Fleet Planning to ensure programs are effectively and appropriately managed
  • Oversees and develops financial, strategic and tactical plans to satisfy the requirements of the operation and budgetary goals
  • Manages a staff of Supply Chain professionals and relationships with external suppliers
  • Manages and acquisition, overhaul and repair processes for Engine/APU/Landing Gear assets
  • Demonstrates and cultivate scollaborative relationships across all work groups and teams
  • Performs ad hoc analysis

All you’ll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience/education  
  • 3 years of Supply Chain management experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross-functional teams to accomplish project objectives
  • 3 years of experience in a managerial position with demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to mentor and develop people

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Ability to work and lead a team in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to lead, guide, direct and engage team members to perform at the highest level
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Ability to be action oriented and results-driven leader with a natural aptitude for engaging employees across multiple workgroups
