The Global Procurement & Alliances Commercial Counsel provides legal commercial support necessary for thecompany’s highly diversified purchasing needs, reselling of third-party solutions to customers, and creatingstrategic partnerships with a wide range of companies and solution providers around the globe.
What will your job look like?
You will provide legal services and practical commercial advice on a wide range of matters: anything from intricatesoftware transactions, services agreements, subcontracting & staffing agreements, distribution agreements,OEMs, purchase of hardware, maintenance and support, professional services, IT consulting, strategicpartnership deals and more. This includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, negotiatingtransactions, and involvement in decision-making processes. You will be a partner to your internal customers andhave many company-wide interfaces around the globe. You will be able to use and deepen your understanding ofthe commercial world to negotiate numerous deals concurrently in order to bring real results to the company’sbottom line. You will learn the ins and outs of an international technology company and its needs.
All you need is…
- At least 4 years of work experience in the relevant legal domain, preferably at global tech organizations orleading law firms.
- Law degree (LLB or JD) and bar membership
- Strong commercial/business orientation
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability multi-task in a demanding work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload, response todeadlines, and proactive/creative thinking
