Hybrid Roles:

What we’re looking for:
Education: Bachelor or Licentiate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Design) or related field.
English Level desired: B2 or above.
Experience: At least two years. Experience in Medical Devices Industry is desired. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Purpose Statement: Under supervision/guidance, plans, manages, and directs the creation/revision of product literature and labeling, and manages it through commercialization. Works closely with project teams to ensure labeling content is developed per, and compliant to, all applicable procedures. Develops schedules and ensures labeling deliverables are executed to them while maintaining a high standard of quality. Supports project management activities and applies project management principles to labeling projects.
Desired knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of labeling and product literature concepts (labeling components, labeling creation/review processes, standards/regulations, eLabeling).
- Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures.
- Ability to research data, compile and analyze information, report results, and exercise judgment based on objective evidence.
- Familiarity with project management strategies and principles.
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager.
- Strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the planning, execution and finalization of labeling projects according to strict deadlines, within budget and by following organized and repeatable procedures.
- Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders and effectively communicates project expectations related to Labeling to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Responsible for coordination of all product labeling deliverables with supervision, including labels, IFUs, carton and pouch artwork, etc.
- Leads and facilitates cross-functional teams through content development for labeling deliverables by managing the drafts, collecting input and source data, making changes, tracking revisions, and keeping teams on schedule.
- Leverage expertise with labeling procedures, requirements, and quality system to ensure all deliverables are fully compliant and free of errors.
- Generates and reviews labeling-related documentation, including specifications, peer reviews, and other documents.
- Performs Change Notice activities for the review, approval and release of labeling components and documentation.
- Works cooperatively with various Boston Scientific departments, divisions, and suppliers, to ensure an improved, practical, and consistent approach to labeling.
- Performs troubleshooting on new problems as related to design or process.
- Identifies areas for improvement, suggests solutions, and submits idea records.
