We are looking for talented Software Engineering Specialist and Software Engineer professionals to join our team. These roles focus on backend development, system integration, and modernizing our technology stack post-TIBCO replacement. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Java, API development, messaging systems, and containerization.

What will your job look like?

• Develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO products (Designer, BusinessWorks, Hawk, Administrator, EMS).
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Java EE/Spring/Quarkus.
• Design and develop REST and SOAP APIs with best practices in security and performance.
• Work extensively with XML, SOA, integration patterns, microservices, and API management technologies.
• Manage and optimize messaging systems such as TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, and Red Hat AMQ.
• Handle secure HTTP/HTTPS communication, including certificate implementation.
• Work with FTP/FTPS integration for data exchange.
• Implement performance testing solutions using Python/Flask.
• Deploy and manage applications on Apache Tomcat and Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Work in Linux environments (Ubuntu/RHEL) for development and deployment.
• Implement containerization strategies and support the migration from TIBCO to modern solutions.
• Develop and maintain Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker Swarm environments.
