Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing requires accurate enough vehicle models to effectively validate embedded ECU software.
This activity focuses on the development of a detailed hydrostatic transmission (HST) model specifically designed for combine harvesters. The primary objective is to create a reliable model that can be integrated into a Real-Time testing environment.
This model will be instrumental in validating embedded Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software, ensuring robust performance and reliability in real-world agricultural applications.
Additionally, the research will involve a comprehensive data acquisition process to validate the model. The acquired data will be used to refine and adapt the model using optimization algorithms.
Your Impact
- Simulink model development
- Data acquisition process
- Model validation and parameters optimization
- Documentation
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic MATLAB/Simulink
- Expertise in Python scripting, Code versioning and Data logging
- Good level of English
This is a internship project starting in February-March, and running for 6 months.
