Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Solution Architecture Sales for the AT&T Division who will lead a senior team of architects to drive sales growth, new business development, and customer success through innovative and tailored solutions for our clients.
What will your job look like?
- Lead and manage a team of solution architects, providing technology vision, mentorship and coaching to drive customer value, new sales, and business development.
- Communicate technology roadmaps and solutions in technical and business terms to our customer’s Sr executive levels
- Develop growth strategies and plans, demonstrating industry knowledge and expertise in across all AT&T LOB’s (consumer, enterprise, NW, MVNO) and the underlying technologies and the Amdocs portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, understand their business needs and challenges, and provide consultative solutions aligning with their strategic goals.
- Support the Division President and peers CBEs, Service Partners in achieving the objectives of growth and value delivery to our customers
- Collaborate closely with the product, and service units to ensure seamless coordination and consensus while conceptualizing, crafting, and delivering solutions to clients.
All you need is…
- Validated experience in solution architecture, with a focus on the industry leading technologies, and the Amdocs portfolio.
- Proven sales and sales support experience
- Proven experience as a trusted partner to the C-Level, being able to bring confirmed knowledge of Amdocs architecture and how it benefits our customer
- Deep knowledge of requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment
- Strong customer orientation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for managing and developing a solutions sales team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
