Early Career Programs Specialist
Location: Exton or Philadelphia, Pennslyvania (Hybrid or Office-based)
Position Summary:
As a Specialist for the Early Career Programs, you will work in the competitive world of University Recruiting by identifying, engaging, interviewing, and hiring interns for Bentley Systems. In addition, you will maintain the overall integrity of the program through engagement initiatives that include onboarding, orientation, mentor support, internal surveys, networking events and converting successful interns to Fulltime colleagues in our Graduation Development Program.
We will rely on you for the following:
Recruitment part:
- Manage the coordination and participation in job fairs, info sessions, and other campus events year-round.
- Source intern and associate level candidates through all campus recruitment activities, campus platforms, social media, and job boards.
- Ability to maintain University connections and foster new relationships by focusing on building connections with appropriate faculty members with partnered Universities.
- Track and drive metrics and monitor results to meet campus hiring goals and performance expectations.
- Utilize reporting and analytics from digital platforms to measure the ROI of the university recruitment strategy.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the university recruitment space, including trends affecting university recruitment and local and economic conditions.
- Ensure best in class candidate brand experience through aligned processes across all levels of the candidate experience.
Engagement part:
- Support new hires through the offer and onboarding process.
- Implement orientation to provide education on internal procedures and resources for both the Intern and Graduate Development Program (onsite and virtual).
- Support all program participants with resources and guidance when needed to enhance colleague experience and ensure a successful program outcome.
- Maintain the quality of the Intern and Graduate Development Program through engagement surveys, feedback sessions, mentor support and accurate data collection for reporting.
- Coordinate intern performance evaluations to determine return offer status, execute the return offer transition to full-time when appropriate, conduct exit interviews and gather program feedback.
- Collecting data to model program statistics that showcase the areas of improvement and success.
- Maintaining the relationship with key stakeholders of the program: Executives, managers, mentors, program participants and others.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelors or Masters in a related field such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Marketing. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
- At least two years of recruiting and corporate experience preferred.
- Prior HR experience preferred.
- Familiar with the following software tools including but not limited to: Applicant Tracking Systems, Outlook, Excel, Power BI and other required tools as defined.
- Ability to organize workload effectively and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and analytic skills are required.
