Develop and execute the company’s online digital engagement and performance strategy that encompasses integrated CRM and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search and display advertising
• Design and map desired target customers’ journey that will be aligned with overall business strategy. This includes but not limited to:
o Analyzing all touchpoints (e.g. sign-up, activation, continuous engagement, increase interest, drive purchase, post evaluation) that will drive potential customers’ activation and/or productivity
o Develop and implement plans to test all aspects of a CRM, making sure the most effective approach is taken to maintain and/or increase customer relationships.
o Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data to provide insights and make recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives to support company to build and maintain customer & ABO loyalty and development
o Provide recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer & ABO segments or for individual customers.
o Identify methods/options to monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Responsible to maximize CRM platform capability with digital CoE team
• Work with functional managers from Marketing, Sales and LGS to plan and align KPIs, develop action plans, implement initiatives that can maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability
• Lead the team to work with Communications team to develop applicable communication and contents to fit target audiences
• Strategize and drive the execution of email marketing campaign to identify the messages or pitch that trigger a positive response from a customer
• Develop and drive the execution of Company’s digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
Plan and drive the execution of SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive eCommerce conversions.
• Manage and lead the optimization of company websites for user experience and conversion rate optimization, with a keen eye on eCommerce functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and implement best practices to enhance the company’s online presence, particularly in the online Health & Wellness space
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product / marketing, and communications, to create cohesive and impactful marketing and/or CRM campaigns
• Plan, monitor and manage the annual digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically across all key priorities
• Responsible for data analysis utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data and provide regular reports and insights into the effectiveness of campaigns performance, ROI and effectiveness
• Providing support to company’s internal sales and/or marketing teams as needed
