What will your job look like?

• Proven experience in CI/CD and MS areas, including Configuration Management and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Nexus).
• Designing complex solutions based on automation tools and deploying on common cloud computing platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Skilled with several third-party tools (Google DataStream for replication, GKE, IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS), PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Helm, Couchbase, Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• 4-5 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code using tools like Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
• Script development experience of 4-5 years in languages such as Python, Bash.
• Deep understanding and experience in the DevOps ecosystem and IT operation systems.
• Hands-on experience in building, releasing, deploying, and monitoring cloud-based scalable distributed systems.
• Rich experience in infrastructure/foundations/IT for at least 5-6 years, working in an agile development environment.
• Experience designing and implementing TLS, load balancing, and high availability for cluster/hybrid production-like environments additionally with Blue Green Setup.
• Hands-on experience on provisioning support and managing AKS clusters running Azure cloud and GCP.

Required Skills/Domain Knowledge:

• Experience with GCP, AWS & Azure.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with Ansible or other configuration management systems.
• Deep Linux administration skills (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with IaaS & PaaS platforms (GCP, AWS & Azure).
• Troubleshooting network issues and experience with networking.
• Hands-on experience in high-scale production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve large-scale issues collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated with a high desire to learn.
• Results-driven with a strong commitment.

Preferred Skills/Domain Knowledge:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in a culturally diverse working environment.
• Independent problem-solving skills; self-motivated.

• Experience working within a call management system to handle daily tasks.
