AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Design Engineer (Creo Modeling/Drawing/ ECN).
We are seeking a detail-driven and technically proficient Mechanical Design Engineer with intermediate experience in Creo modeling, drawing creation, and ECN processes. This role is critical in supporting product design and lifecycle management activities, ensuring engineering accuracy, manufacturability, and documentation compliance throughout the development process.
Your Impact

3D CAD Modeling: Create and update detailed 3D models and assemblies using PTC Creo, adhering to internal design standards and project requirements. And 2D Drawing Creation: Generate accurate 2D drawings from 3D models, applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to define part features and critical tolerances.

Design Revisions: Modify existing models and drawings to reflect design changes, performance enhancements, or manufacturing updates.

ECN Management: Prepare and process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to document revisions, coordinate stakeholder approvals, and ensure implementation across systems and Data Management: Utilize Windchill PLM to control CAD files, maintain version history, and manage design workflows and document traceability.

Collaboration: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design intent, cost targets, and functional performance are met. And best Practices: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting CAD standards, drawing quality, and efficient design processes.

Design Review Participation: Support design and peer reviews by presenting models, drawings, and proposed changes for feedback and alignment.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in mechanical design with PTC Creo.

Proficiency in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and drafting standards.

Hands-on experience with Windchill or similar PLM tools.

Experience in automotive, Off- Highway, or industrial product development is highly desirable
