What will your job look like?

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to tackle intricate business challenges
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Design and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing and model training
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance
• Stay current with industry advancements in machine learning and AI
   

All you need is…

Must-Haves:

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala (5+ years of hands-on experience). 
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or equivalent LLM experience).
•  Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 
• 3-5 years of professional experience in machine learning or data science. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying scalable solutions.
