In brief
As a CVM Marketing Consultant, you will work directly with our customers to develop and implement comprehensive base management strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and our leading campaign automation platform. This is your chance to lead impactful, creative marketing campaigns that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and business success.
This role sits within a team of marketing consultants, working both with existing customers and alongside sales/consultancy teams. We are looking for candidates who have the flexibility and enthusiasm to work across multiple customers and across project teams to win new customers.
What will your job look like?
•Lead CVM Strategy Development: Take ownership of customer lifecycle management strategies, from ideation to implementation, to drive business profitability and customer retention.
•Data-Driven Insights: Perform in-depth data analysis (with support from Data Analysts) to uncover customer trends and behaviour, translating findings into actionable CVM recommendations.
•Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with sales, consultants, data analysts, campaign developers, customers and other stakeholders to design and execute campaigns that align with customer objectives and strategic goals.
•Senior Leadership Presentations: Effectively present your findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
•Innovate and Optimize to Drive Performance: Continuously innovate new methodologies and strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer experience, using data and automation technologies.
•Identify New Business Opportunities: Support the identification of strategic and ad-hoc business opportunities to expand customer engagement.
All you need is…
•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, or Statistics).
•Proven success as a CVM Marketing Manager or Segment Manager in telecommunications or subscription-based industries.
•CVM Expertise – Broad understanding of CVM campaign strategies for in-life customers, with hands-on experience in automated marketing technology.
•Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with expertise in data-driven marketing, business intelligence, and market analysis.
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
