Job Description
- Provide information for any enquiries about Amway’s business, products, and services to ABOs/members.
- Provide existing clients with care, including first contact resolution, while ensuring an exceptional client experience to fulfill the company’s service quality and satisfaction.
- Handle suggestions /complaints and resolve the initial problems with customer’s impression and satisfaction.
- Support the business services to ABOs/Member requested.
- Follow up cases for ABOs/Member within the service level agreement (SLA).
- Follow up with other departments to help solve cases and problems of products and services.
- Perform other duties and Liaison between departments as assigned.
