Overview

Job Description

  • Provide information for any enquiries about Amway’s business, products, and services to ABOs/members.
  • Provide existing clients with care, including first contact resolution, while ensuring an exceptional client experience to fulfill the company’s service quality and satisfaction.
  • Handle suggestions /complaints and resolve the initial problems with customer’s impression and satisfaction.
  • Support the business services to ABOs/Member requested.
  • Follow up cases for ABOs/Member within the service level agreement (SLA). 
  • Follow up with other departments to help solve cases and problems of products and services.
  • Perform other duties and Liaison between departments as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

 

  • Experience in customer service field, especially from Call Center function.
  • Good intercommunication and listening skills with pleasant human relations and service attitude
  • Strong service minded, positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to handle changes.
  • Skillful in typing both Thai and English
  • Good command of computer literacy, i.e., MS Office / MS Word / MS Excel etc.
  • Responsible, Patient, works effectively in high pressured environment and able to solve immediate problems well.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts, overtime, during weekends and public holidays as assigned.
  • Be able to endure the pressures of time, changes, and work hard.
  • Be responsible, devoted to work and able to plan work well.
