As a Technical Product Manager specializing in CI/CD, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our CI/CD tools and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our CI/CD pipeline is robust, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our development and operations teams.
This is a Full time position located in Israel
What will your job look like?
• Define Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for CI/CD tools and processes based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Focusing on:
o Platform engineering practices
o GitOps
o Configuration management
o Upgrade strategies
o Embedding GenAI tools as part of CI/CD
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality CI/CD solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of CI/CD tools.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in CI/CD and DevOps to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
All you need is…
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as DevOps architect, with a focus on CI/CD tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Argo, Cross Plane), and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging security technologies
• Familiarity with one of the major clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience working with a very technical team on developer-facing products (advantage)
