About Rotations
As part of our graduate programme, the emphasis is very much on rotations. Each graduate will rotate across a few areas over the course of the 23-month graduate programme to get a full overview of AIB UK. These areas may include:
- Customer Engagement/ Relationship Management
- Credit Risk
- Product Management
- Operations
- Strategy & Sustainability
- Finance

Entry Requirements:
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
- Candidates must be fully authorised to work in UK for the duration of the programme (September 2025 – August 2027)
Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
