Assists Financial & Accounting Coordinator with the processing and maintenance of finance and accounting activities within the applicable country/countries of responsibility, following local country/countries regulations.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To support the day to day oversight of the Payroll, AP, Banking and/or other accounting activities
- To support Accounting Coordinator in working with receivables and payables aging
- Submit all documents to Financial Coordinator to do monthly accruals.
- Follow up in all Tax payments.
- Preparing specialized report as requested
- Filling of basic documents used within the department
- Work multiple projects simultaneously, setting deadlines and adjusting priorities
- Present results and follow-through to completion for all initiatives
- Support various tax/statistical fillings
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and associated journal entries
General
- To maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and to ensure adherence to the Company’s Confidentiality Policy
- To actively participate in regular coaching & counselling meetings, performance reviews and development meetings
- To undertake appropriate training as agreed with their manager and to take responsibility for self-development

All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- University degree with a focus in Accounting or equivalent education/training
- At least 2 years of related accounting experience
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work with flexible hour when required
