Position Summary:

Bentley Systems, a global leader in infrastructure software, is seeking a Senior Demand Gen Manager to join our dynamic Demand Generation team. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will drive strategic initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

As a key player within the Demand Gen function, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing campaigns that enhance our market presence and fuel growth in these critical regions. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of advancing infrastructure through innovative software solutions.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Responsible for go-to-market, lead generation, creating Marketing Pipeline
  • Aligns with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing Managers.
  • Manages lead flow, routing, conversions, and tracking.
  • Provides best practices and strategy recommendations.
  •  Manages demand generation budget and resources in-region.
  • Develop comprehensive demand-generation strategies.
  • Manages Marketing Programs and integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Identifies target audiences and creates targeted campaigns.
  • Develop Go-to-Market programs to position Bentley eStore as a digital first-sale channel
  • Own the marketing budget for Bentley eStore promotion
  • Uses marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
  • Uses various marketing channels (email, social media, SEO, content syndication).
  • Coordinates content marketing and global campaigns.
  • Monitors and analyses campaign performance, Conducts A/B testing, and monitors analytics.
  • Designs and implements lead nurturing campaigns 

 

Other Duties:

  • Execute and manage campaign schedules.
  • Provide campaign reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs.
  • Improve campaign ROI performance.
  • Provide input on search engine strategies.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • 8+ years of B2B digital/inbound marketing experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet pipeline targets.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and/or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and management processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; or relevant experience.
