The Manager, Rewards Delivery is part of the Global Compensation and Mobility team within the People Division. You’ll have the opportunity to oversee key compensation programs and work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. This role offers a unique vantage point of the company, allowing you to interact with executive leadership, compensation teams, and People Business Partners to drive compensation initiatives.

- Manage the end-to-end execution of critical compensation programs, including annual performance and pay reviews, incentive plans, bonus payouts, and relocation packages
- Act as the primary project manager, coordinating efforts between different compensation teams: executive, broad-based, international, and variable compensation
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data, managing the delivery of key metrics and insights to leadership
- Partner closely with People Business Partners, Corporate Communications, and Recruiters to align compensation strategies with broader business objectives and talent acquisition goals
- Manage the implementation of compensation programs, including system updates, testing, and data validation to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide input and feedback on the design and continuous improvement of compensation programs. Partner with key stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of programs and recommend changes as necessary to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives
- Stay up to date on market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to compensation, ensuring compliance and competitive practices
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and market trends
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master’s degree in a related field or a certified compensation professional (CCP) designation
- Experience in a multinational company, managing compensation programs across different countries and cultures
- Knowledge of HR systems and compensation-related software, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
- Project management certification or experience (e.g., PMP, Agile)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
