 Job Summary: 

Join us as our new PTx Regional Sales Manager and take charge of driving our sales success in the ANZ region.  In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales plans and strategies, ensuring each financial center excels in business development, lead follow-up, cross-selling, outside sales calling, and exceptional customer service. Your interactions in the field with our sales channels will be crucial to achieving our ambitious sales goals. Your Impact 

  • Are you ready to lead and drive local development and marketing efforts while leveraging global product development and marketing resources for successful outcomes?  

  • As our new Regional Sales Manager, be responsible for ensuring our channel is fully equipped to handle market factors, competitors, and issues, both immediate and future. 

  • You will be need to flexible around time zones , as our global company spans all time zones., this will include being available for conference calls both during and outside typical working hours. 

  • Be able to work  autonomously and flexible as the role is driven by outcomes and timelines rather than a day-to-day schedule of tasks, requiring a focused and task-oriented individual.  

  • Reponsible  for creating and maintaining sales forecasts, striving to meet sales and financial targets, and traveling to collaborate with our sales channels and dealers. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Relevant Qualification within the Agricultural Space  

  • Working Knowledge of sales and marketing practices suited to the agricultural sector including Dealerships and partner channels .  

  • Working Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel & Salesforce 

  • Experience within manufacturing and / or agricultural industry would be beneficial.  

  • This role covers Australia and involves regular travel and time away from home. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel frequently, including overseas as required.
