General Description
Manages all aspects of a branch. Accountable for financial performance (P&L), new business development, customer experience, coaching and complying with all policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge and relationships within the community they serve. Executive presence coupled with authenticity and thoughtfulness in approach are critical for fit for the role. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the branch achieves budgeted results and effectively manages risk. Responsible to develop new business with a focus on small business loans and further expand existing business relationships while attracting new money by performing the following duties:

Experience
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university and/or five years or more of experience in Retail Branch operations, business development, sales and managing employees or equivalent related experience and training. Prior experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager is preferred.
