Overview
- Responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs and development initiatives to build the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
- Assessing the current capabilities of the operations team and identifying areas for improvement; evaluating third party training providers
- Developing and implementing assessment and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Organizes training activities and monitors quality of training programs to ensure that training needs are met, and performance enhanced
- Produce gap analysis and gap improvement to Area Managers/Shop Managers to discuss next action plans to narrow down the gap ultimately
- Examination of an operations to verify the accuracy of reported information and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Oversee the training in all key areas of Amway shop operations
- Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Building relationships with operations team to support the success of the training programs
- Communicate with frontline, leaders, and management to ensure all needs are met
- Managing budgets and resources allocated for training and development programs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs, as necessary
