Overview
  • Responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs and development initiatives to build the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
  • Assessing the current capabilities of the operations team and identifying areas for improvement; evaluating third party training providers
  • Developing and implementing assessment and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Organizes training activities and monitors quality of training programs to ensure that training needs are met, and performance enhanced
  • Produce gap analysis and gap improvement to Area Managers/Shop Managers to discuss next action plans to narrow down the gap ultimately
  • Examination of an operations to verify the accuracy of reported information and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Oversee the training in all key areas of Amway shop operations
  • Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training 
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Building relationships with operations team to support the success of the training programs
  • Communicate with frontline, leaders, and management to ensure all needs are met
  • Managing budgets and resources allocated for training and development programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs, as necessary
