The OD Business partner is a proactive trusted advisor to our customers (HR & business leaders), who supports the BU in achieving its business objectives by applying various practices from OD perspective. He/She initiates, develops and leads programs and processes within a business group, to strengthen the organization culture, its ability to change, its people and leadership to grow which in turn will support business growth.
What will your job look like?
- Understand the global business context and translate the trends into OD implications.Act as an OD consultant and source of knowledge to the business. Conduct strategic processes and sessions. Engage and partner with variety of stakeholders in the BU and in corporate to leverage successful performance in the units
- On-going sensing: proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and opportunities for development, tailoring solutions for specific local needs. Balance unique BU needs with corporate initiatives and strategy to create optimal solutions and plans
- Leading end-to-end programs: optimally address business needs based on analysis and Amdocs strategic directions
- Development: Develop and structure tools for accelerating professional and/or leadership capabilities, develop the organizational capability for change, transformations, and restructurings
- Implementation: partner with the corporate teams to build relevant and best-in-class tools and methodologies and implement them in the BU. Implement top-down initiatives, while customizing and adapting to local characteristics and capacity
All you need is…
- Bachelor/ Master Degree ( Full-Time ) Mandatory
- At least 3-5 years of experience in OD practices
- Facilitation experience
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration
- Managing to impact within a corporate, global, complex organization
- Building and implementing talent and leadership development programs
- Proactive, self-driven and a quick learner
- Good English – verbal and written
