About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III with Project Management responsibilities at Boston Scientific, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes. You will partner with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, ensuring the organization attracts top talent and maintains efficient, data-driven hiring processes.
 

Your responsibilities will include:
 

Talent Acquisition:

•    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for assigned roles.
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build job descriptions.
•    Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, utilizing tools such as Success Factors, Eightfold, social networking, competitive market intelligence, and industry conferences.
•    Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for key positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
•    Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.
•    Act as a brand ambassador to promote Boston Scientific as an employer of choice through a positive candidate experience.

 

Stakeholder Management:

•    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and project objectives.
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent pipeline updates, and recommendations on hiring decisions.
•    Influence stakeholders by presenting data-driven recruitment insights, identifying challenges, and offering strategic solutions.

 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

•    Integrate DEI best practices into recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool for all roles.
•    Partner with internal DEI teams to develop recruitment campaigns that align with the company’s diversity goals.
•    Ensure recruitment processes are free from bias and are fully compliant with company policies and regulations.

 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

•    Participate in projects that enhance the overall talent acquisition process, driving efficiency, improving candidate experience, and delivering better business outcomes.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruiting strategies.
 

 

Required qualifications:

•    Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
•    Prior experience managing full-cycle recruiting supporting multiple divisions, disciplines
•    Experience sourcing and attracting top talent 

 

Preferred qualifications:

•    Prior experience supporting a commercial selling organization
•    Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
•    Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) preferred
•    Passion and interest in leveraging social media and digital channels
•    Impeccable track record of integrity and tenacious appetite for driving strategic business decisions forward
•    Ability to work in a matrix-centric environment
•    Excellent communication working in a multi-business environment 
•    Ability to learn multiple areas of the business while influencing processes quickly and efficiently
•    Ability to self-direct and prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities/projects and deliver results within a fast-paced complex environment

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com–will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
