- Bachelor’s degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- MUST – Unix commands, Shell Scripting, PLSQL
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience in production support.
- Nice to have – Knowledge in C or Python language.
