Location/Office Policy:  Central Park, Leopardstown – Hybrid Working (2 days in office)

This role is being offered on a 12-18 month Fixed term contract basis.

What is the Role:

We’re currently a team of 11, with a range of experience and lengths of service, varying from 1-20 years. We work very closely together and have built a positive and supportive environment where you could further your payroll experience and your career.

 

 

Key accountabilities;

 

  • Accurate & efficient processing of monthly payrolls, both in Ireland and UK, in accordance with Revenue, taxation and internal policy guidelines in each jurisdiction
  • Processing of all payroll-related data on SAP payroll system according to fixed payroll schedule, and revenue and welfare deadlines
  • Auditing of payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax guidelines
  • Responding to customer requests through SAP CRM system, in line with internal SLA’s and customer service standards
  • Calculation of monthly PAYE, PRSI, USC and net pay
  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll data input to SAP to a high standard of accuracy
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Managing and conducting payroll system testing to ensure compliance with budget and regulatory changes

 

 

What you Will Bring ;

  • Be IPASS Qualified or equivalent
  • Have an understanding of employment law and regulatory rules around payroll
  • Are familiar with Revenue / HMRC processes and procedures
  • Have strong numeracy skills and great attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate effective time management and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Know how to provide excellent customer service
  • Take pride in your role and want to contribute to the team’s success
