The L&D Manager will lead the Learning & Development function within Amdocs. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation and innovation of the L&D domain, ensuring it aligns with the latest technological advancements and business needs.
What will your job look like?
• Strategic Leadership and Transformation: Develop and implement a forward-thinking L&D strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
• Team Management and Culture: Oversee a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, ensuring high performance and engagement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration and Business Alignment: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR, IT, and business leaders. Ensure L&D initiatives support and drive the achievement of overall business objectives.
• Performance Measurement and Budget Management: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement. Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
All you need is…
• Master’s degree in a relevant profession.
• Extensive experience (at least 7 years) in Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of the latest trends in this professional domain.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team, with excellent people management and coaching skills, backed by several years of hands-on experience.
• Strong passion for technology and extensive familiarity with the latest digital learning tools and platforms, demonstrated through years of practical application.
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of L&D programs and make data-driven decisions.
• Visionary mindset with a proven track record of translating strategic goals into actionable plans, supported by years of strategic planning experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a long history of building strong partnerships and working collaboratively.
