- This role will provide project management support to the Global People Support team.
- This role is dynamic and evergreen, providing daily opportunities to elevate the experience for our internal customers.
What you’ll do
- Serve as liaison across Global Business Partners, People Analytics, and other teams to analyze complex data, assess and share insights, drive process improvement and recommend strategic solutions
- Consistently operate with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ensures project delivery is on time, on budget and outcomes successfully achieve the goal
- Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to prioritize, collaborate and act as a strategic thought leader in providing guidance to People leaders on important business decisions by identifying areas of opportunities for continuous improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiencies, reduce cost and time, and improve delivery and results
- Plan, organize and lead business-wide collaboration events, including all hands, in person trainings, and ad hoc requests while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event agendas, secure speakers and manage content, fostering meaningful knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities
- You will work collaboratively with internal Centers of Excellence (COE’s) and external stakeholders to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner
- Create ad-hoc presentations related to Global People Support initiatives and operations
- Maintains knowledge of current HR, Project Management, and industry issues and trends
- Create processes, tools, and reports to accurately capture key metrics of activities to help leaders integrate planning and process improvement to set, manage and achieve targets
- Coordinate and oversee plans, ensure priorities are aligned with business strategy, needs and expectations, and track at risk metrics and actions to keep work on time
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans with successful outcomes
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational behavior, legal, labor or related field
- 3 Years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
- 1 Year of experience handling investigations required
- 1 Year Experience with project management, data and market analysis, and data storytelling
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Data driven mindset
- Track record to detail and rigor prioritization
- Experience analyzing and distilling large sets of data in Excel and presenting findings both verbally and in writing
- PMP certification or Agile certification
- MBA or master’s degree in organizational behavior, human resources, education or related field
