Summary
Finance Partner for the Customer Business Executive(CBE) and Sales organization, responsible and accountable for all financial aspects of the Business Unit, including:
- P&Ls, proposals, and commercial terms incl. customer facing issues
- Support account strategy and new business generation
- Ongoing financial governance, measurement and resolution of issues
What will your job look like?
- Finance partner and trusted advisor for the CBE(s). Acts as the lead financial person of the region for all financial aspects, incl. presentation to mgmt. in support of decision making.
- Provides support in all financial/commercial aspects related to the entire sales cycle as well as with ongoing relations with the customers, structuring the best deal for the company from all financial and commercial perspectives.
- Participates in commercial negotiations with customers (back and front office).
- Responsible for ongoing financial analysis of the region/domain and operations, incl. cost and profitability optimization, collection, strategic initiatives etc.
- Provides financial support and being the finance focal point throughout the deal life-cycle, from deal initiation to final contract, including financial and commercials models (P&L, accounting, cash flow, tax, invoicing, etc.) contract negotiation and customer facing issues.
- Ability to lead significant tasks independently with a high sense of accountability
- Ensures that all deals are compliant with company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and distinguish between the business needs and financial goals for a specific deal/contract.
- Guide and mentor the analyst team regarding all ongoing financial aspects of the region
- Collaborates with legal, service and product units, corporate functions and other related parties.
- Participates in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financials models, cost reduction initiatives, etc.)
All you need is…
- 5-10 years experience, of which 3-5 years in a Senior financial position
- Proven experience in leading discussions with senior executives, translating data to insights and suggest actions
- Constant improvement mindset in a complex and dynamic environment
- Experience in complex problem solving in a creative manner
- Capable of setting up and managing a commercial and financial business models
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks under strict timelines
- Very high analytical capabilities and attention to details while seeing the bigger picture
- High level of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PPT (Technological skills – advantage)
- Experience in the telecom, software or high-tech industry – advantage
- Fluency in English

Salary Range: $120-175K USD annually
