The Role
Fully experienced role acting as Subject Matter Expert in an Order Management area such as a specific product or multiple products. Coordinates various assigned order activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting data to a finished product, and getting necessary approvals in order to meet required management timelines. Performs a variety of skilled non-routine duties. A Sr Project Coordinator is an administrative professional who assists project managers with organizing and controlling project order activities through communicating risks, opportunities and current state of the orders. They fulfill their obligations by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment and information. Sr Project Coordinators handle projects with the goal of seeing them through on time. Sr Project Coordinators’ roles are crucial to a Lumen’s success because they ensure projects run smoothly by controlling order workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the course of the order activity and reporting its status to the Project Management, Program Management and other internal stakeholders, such as account team members.
The Main Responsibilities
•Verify, coordinate and track the delivery of orders to ensure expectations and Service Delivery commitments are met
•Participate in order submission meetings as necessary and propose improvements as Subject Matter Expert if warranted
•Evaluate potential problems with orders and technical hitches as Subject Matter Expert regarding those orders and recommend solutions
•Manage order-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly managed and posted for additional internal stakeholders such as Project and Program Managers as well as account team members
•Subject Matter expertise in Upfront Order Details considering roadblock resolution, jeopardy and risk management, customer readiness and install forecasting
•Communication of Order Escalation to Project Manager for inclusion in overall Project Risk management.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum Qualifications:
•Education: Associates degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
•Experience: 4-6 years of experience
•Highly Organized and detail oriented
•Experienced with project management/coordination.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work-related experience.
•Must be proficient in the following software applications:
•Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),
•Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, calculate formulas, link worksheets and knows keystroke shortcuts), with demonstrated skill in data gathering and analysis.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
•Ability to communicate project needs to internal teams/vendors.
•Utilize a consultative approach and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external;
•Motivated self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced work environment is a must.
•Strong ability to provide leadership/mentoring to other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
•BA and 2 years experience or minimum 4 years related experience in specific area or equivalent to implementation, provisioning, technical order processing and Dark Fiber installation/construction projects
•Knowledge of the following systems: Salesforce, Site Survey Tool, CAT, Excel, 3GIS,
•Experience in technical order management

Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$68,757 – $91,675 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$72,300 – $96,500 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$75,994 – $101,325 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$79,613 – $106,150 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
