The Role

Responsible for monitoring, reporting and coordinating the end-to-end order process of materials procured from external suppliers. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders as needed when issues arise during order/project lifecycle and drive problems to resolution.

The Main Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Procurement to ensure that Supplier contracts are fit for purpose before ordering materials 
•Gather requirements from internal business stakeholders (Operations, Delivery, Project Management) and establish forecast models that maintain adequate supply levels 
•Create Purchase Requisitions for material orders and associated Executive Summary business cases for high value purchases that enable timely approvals 
•Monitor, update and manage manual/automated tracking methodologies, maintaining real-time data integrity and reporting for internal stakeholders 
•Develop productivity standards and associated metrics for assigned suppliers to monitor progress 
•Partner with Suppliers, leading periodic review sessions to discuss current activities and remediation of issues when they arise

What We Look For in a Candidate

•Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of equivalent education and experience  
•Must be familiar with and can work in Excel, SAP or other web/GUI-based tools 
•Solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs 
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights 
•Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across the organization with internal and external stakeholders 
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$63,980 – $85,300 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$67,340 – $89,780 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$70,710 – $94,270 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$74,070 – $98,760 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
