Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, and holidays are required if necessary.

General Description

Service Representative in Retail Lending Operations plays an important role as part of the disbursement of new loan accounting entries, also are responsible for managing maintenance and service requests for consumer credit products on the Bank’s internal platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and support internal and external customers through phone calls.
  • Responsible for the disbursement of new loan entries through the CCTM platform.
  • Execute the demographics customer data updates within ILS, IDA, among others.
  • Ensure the integrity of the information entered in the systems
  • Prepare and deliver customer letters related to existing loans.

Education

+ 60 Bachelor’s Degree Credits Approved in Business Administration or related fields

Experience

Two (2) years of experience working in credit products or other related areas is preferred.

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship building/influencing skills to execute work effectively when resources are not within their control
  • Ability to work under pressure and with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish. (Intermediate level)
