General Description

Provide assistance to the Mortgage Disbursement Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare checks for mortgage cases for sale and refinancing.
  • Manage and process the corresponding signatures on the prepared checks.
  • Prepare and send disbursements, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for processing the cancellation of the corresponding mortgage cases in the established period.
  • Process CRIM and Hazard Insurance payments in the established period.
  • Collects and distributes paperwork from one department to another.
  • Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

+ 60 Bachelor’s Degree Credits Approved

Experience

At least one (1) year in administrative tasks and customer service.  Preferably with experience in mortgage loans documentation.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work holidays, extended hours, and weekends.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint. 
  • Oral and written communication in English, preferred.
