Your Impact 

  • You develop and install the AGCO Parts & Services Pricing Strategy and robust Pricing management processes to facilitate delivery of AGCO Aftersales Sales and Margin Strategic Business Plan objectives 

  • You achieve the defined annualized percentage Price List increase through targeted product segmentation and market price positioning actions, taking input from multiple stakeholders with potentially conflicting business objectives and achieve quarterly standard margin objectives for individually defined markets / Price Lists 

  • You minimize the volume of customer complaints by determining credible market-related price positions and targeted cost of ownership profiles. Support pricing campaigns/special prices initiatives. Consistently deliver responses to customer price claims in line with challenging query response standards    

  • You actively lead cross-functional strategic & operational Project initiatives 

  • You ensure local compliance rules and governance procedures are consistently adhered to 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • University degree and over five years of related experience in a parts or aftersales role 

  • Demonstrated excellent understanding of methods of pricing and the financial impacts and/or risks of actions taken 

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative data 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and project management skills 

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across multiple teams/ cultures
