Location: Office-Based – Delhi
Position Summary:
The Director will work directly with strategic colleges and universities to help them incorporating our technologies in their teaching, sponsoring research, content creation, peer-to-peer education and similar.
Director will establish Bentley Education as a strategic partner for Departments of Education, Industry organizations, Government bodies and other external stake holders to tackle skills shortage for Infrastructure Industries.
This position will be under the direction and guidance of Senior Director-Education, aligned with the major corporate initiatives and in close cooperation with other groups within Bentley in a true “one Bentley” manner.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Work with strategic colleges and universities to create a network of Bentley minded champions within Academia (for the purpose of incorporating our technologies in their teaching, sponsoring research, content creation, peer-to-peer education e.t.c.)
- Advocate Bentley Education and Bentley solutions to Departments of Education, Industry organizations and non-profit organizations
- Collaborate with academic leadership, University-wide student organizations, to implement non-credit and accredited programs that connect with specific degrees, certificates, and competitions.
- Develop, manage, and maintain partnerships with key external stakeholders including STEM education partners, universities, governmental agencies, and other community-based organizations that can help support and grow education programs for secondary schools.
- Internally/externally spearhead and support educational initiatives lead by colleagues, by providing guidance, sharing resources, aligning efforts, and bringing awareness to programming.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or education.
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in either Infrastructure Industries or Education related to it.
- Professional experience in educational program management, or educational based initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of educational content, curriculum development, and instructional design.
- Ability to lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leaders in a matrixed organization through collaboration and influence.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
