- Represents the voice of customers and users of various applications by serving in the role of Product Owner within the Crew Scheduling product.
- Leads activity associated with the automation and implementation of the Pilot and Flight Attendant JCBAs.
- Responsible for providing guidance to the Crew Scheduling and Tracking teams on crew contractual issues.

- Lead, document, and execute business focused testing to ensure applications perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines. 25%
- Documents how the system should perform through acceptance criteria and ensures requirements are met and accepted by reviewing and documenting test results. 40%
- Leads customer-driven design and usability testing. Collaborates closely with the UX team to ensure a well-positioned product through analysis. 15%
- Collaboratively creates the product roadmaps, contributes to strategy inputs from stakeholders. Influences stakeholder expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities. 10%
- Maintains a robust backlog of product features/capabilities that align with desired business outcomes and strategic direction. 10%
- Coordinate and facilitate training for new team members working in the Product Owner role.
- Complete Risk Management Worksheets (RMW) and participate in RMW reviews as necessary.
- Leads activity associated with the automation and implementation of the Pilot and Flight Attendant JCBAs including requirement and test cases documentation, reporting on progress to product stakeholders, and working with the Crew Scheduling training team in development of training material when needed.
- Coordinates and attends contract compliance meetings with APA/APFA including call reviews and Crew Compensation inquiries.
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
- 2 years job related experience
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire Stakeholders
- High degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior Product Owner experience
- Prior experience supporting Crew Scheduling
- Experience working with Agile methods and tools
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
